Sticker Sheet

It's such a beautiful Friday morning! This whole week has been beautiful actually, which makes it really nice for me to go running outside. Everyday when I run or drive somewhere and see Pikes Peak and the rest of the mountains so clearly I can't help but think that I live in one of the prettiest cities ever! It's just one of those days where I feel so in tuned with God and want to fully embrace Him and feel His love for me. I encourage anybody else to do the same, the Lord wants to show us His love.

I only have two and a half more weeks left until school is out for the summer...FINALLY! It's been a hard semester and I can't wait to be done, so I can work and relax and enjoy summer. And more importantly so I can prepare and give all of my attention and heart to Nepal. It's coming faster than I know! I got together the other night with one of the girls on my team, and it just made me realize even more how much I really love this team. God could not have hand picked a better team to travel to Nepal, in my opinion ;-). I'm really looking forward to the activities coming up with my team, like climbing a 14er and camping and so much more! Just another reason why school needs to be DONE WITH! Well I'm going to go enjoy this Friday!

i've been going up to the track each day this week. most of the time it's been right before sunset. i love that track because of how it sits up high. i walk around it and marvel at the beauty of the mountains, the sunsets, the clouds, the fresh air.

i look down south and can see pike's peak and i think of you and pray for you. i wonder what you're doing right at that moment. i feel connected to you.

and when i turn the other corner, i can see the mountains to the north and do the same thing for jake.

all the while, i have music blaring in my ear. i put my ipod on shuffle and a praise song will come on and i can't help but think that i live in one of the most beautiful places to live and i have the most awesome God to worship.

enjoy your weekend.

I walk along the beach and marvel at it's power, beauty and home to all it's creatures.
